These terms govern your use of redlinegearcleaning.com, franchise.redlinegearcleaning.com and related pages (the "Sites"), operated by RedLine Gear Cleaning, 16 Kane Industrial Drive, Hudson, MA 01749 ("RedLine", "we"). By using the Sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
Use of the Sites
The Sites describe RedLine's services and franchise program and let you contact us. You may use them for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Sites, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, scrape or harvest content or contact details, or submit false, misleading or automated form submissions.
Information you send us
When you submit a form you agree that the information is accurate and that RedLine and the local RedLine operator may contact you about your request by phone, email or text. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information through the Sites.
Content and trademarks
The Sites and their content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Mobile Extraction Unit® name and design, are owned by RedLine or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction, modification or distribution, requires our written permission. Third-party names and logos on the Sites belong to their owners.
Franchise information
Information about the RedLine franchise program is provided for general interest only and is not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer can only be made through delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document in compliance with applicable law, and only in states where the franchise is registered or exempt from registration.
Services and pricing
Descriptions of services, standards and turnaround times are general. The scope, schedule and price of any service are set out in a written quote or agreement with RedLine or the local operator, which controls over anything on the Sites.
Third-party links
The Sites may link to other websites, including the RedLine customer portal and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedLine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update the Sites and these terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Sites will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
