FAQ
Questions New Hampshire chiefs ask us.
- Does our gear leave the station?
- No. The Mobile Extraction Unit® (MEU) comes to your station anywhere in New Hampshire. Cleaning, inspection and most repairs happen on site, with gear back in service in hours, not weeks.
- How often does NFPA require turnout gear to be cleaned?
- NFPA 1850 guidelines call for complete cleaning and sanitation of PPE at least every six months, plus cleaning after every exposure. RedLine runs that advanced cleaning on site, and our Rapid Response service brings the MEU to your station after a major incident.
- Is RedLine a verified Independent Service Provider (ISP)?
- Yes. All RedLine locations are independently UL verified, providing on-site advanced cleaning, inspection and repair for firefighter PPE.
