Schedule service
It starts with a conversation. We gather the number of gear sets, preferred dates, location logistics, a point of contact and any special requests such as post-incident decon. You receive a confirmation with prep instructions.

Arrival
On the scheduled day the MEU rolls up to your station, fully equipped with commercial-grade washers, dryers, drying cabinets, ultrasonic cleaning tanks and inspection stations. No shipping gear across the state, no loaner sets.
Separate, inspect and pretreat
Each set is separated into its components, given a first inspection and pretreated before it goes anywhere near the wash.

Wash
Gear is cleaned in the onboard extractors, programmed for advanced turnout gear cleaning with our proprietary cleaning solution.

Dry
Liners dry in the tumble dryer. Outer shells dry in the static drying cabinets, which protect the shell and its trim.

Reassemble and inspect
Every set is reassembled and given a second inspection.
Pack
Each cleaned and inspected set goes into a signature RedLine gear bag: boots on the bottom, pants and jacket reassembled and folded, hood and gloves on the side, helmet on top.
Review findings
