Michael’s passion for public service started generations before him as his grandfather, father, uncles, brother, cousins and now, step son have all been either cops or firefighters; you could say it’s the family business. Michael has served at 3 fire departments over the past 30+ years, has been an instructor at the Camden County Fire Academy since 2010, and is a veteran of the United States Navy. He has worked as a senior executive at various organizations and brings a level of professionalism and empathy to RedLine Gear Cleaning™. Michael resides in Moorestown, NJ with his wife and their 5 children.  

As a survivor of melanoma and witness to losing colleagues, Michael has seen firsthand how occupational cancer impacts firefighters. He has made it his mission to help educate the fire service on the benefits of a proactive gear cleaning program and promoting that Clean Is The New Salty.
